Spring has the power to sweep away the drudgery of routine and awakens a certain longing for places that confirm that the coming months in Seville are among the most vibrant in the city.
The Repsol Guide, the Soletes, is dedicated to this category of establishments, recognizing each season the best restaurants, cafés, terraces, ice cream shops, taverns, and beach bars that capture the essence of spring.

“There is a hunger to enjoy and discover new places. This edition includes venues distinguishedby their culinary offerings where you can also stay overnight, up-and-coming businesses, and spots where nature takes center stage,” emphasizesMaría Ritter, director of the Repsol Guide.
Seville, for its part, adds 10 new entries. These Soletes should not be confused with their higher-tier counterparts, the Soles, which recognize restaurants that achieve excellence.

Andalusia is one of the regions with the most Soletes, boasting 147 establishments in this new selection that evoke the spirit of spring.
Each of these gastronomic destinations, in the guide’s own words, “brings a smile to your face, charming you with its approachability, its appealing offerings, and its great atmosphere. An address to recommend to friends and save as a go-to spot.”
Seville boasts nine charming establishments with this rating, selected by the guide’s team of experts and located throughout the country.
These are, in order: Bambú (Espartinas), Casa Machín (Écija), Domi Vélez Bakery (Lebrija), Matacandela (Osuna), Rústica Napoletana (Cazalla de la Sierra), Atticus Finch, Casa Vizcaíno, Flor del Toranzo, La Peña, and Marabunda.

In addition to the new additions awarded this June, there are those already established, categorized as terraces, ice cream shops, wine bars, cafés, restaurants, and bars.
