Lifetime recipes with refined techniques, dishes to share, creations as remarkable as eggs in two textures with sea urchin cream and herring caviar, excellent meats and a tasting menu that costs 82 euros per person. The diner will also find seasonal dishes in this renovated space.

2. La Salá
When talking about Peruvian restaurants in Seville, I unfailingly think of La Salá. For its trajectory (9 years protect the culinary good work of this temple) as the welcome that continues to have in the neighborhood of Los Remedios. Its spacious terrace attests to its success, full of customers who approach or celebrate this nourished gastronomy.
Sushi with nikkei reminiscences, refreshing ceviches, anticuchos or a sensational chicken causa limeña that will transport you to the other side of the ocean in one bite. Los Cuevas could well rank among the infallible restaurants that are recommended after a consultation with family or friends. Originally a simple neighborhood bar, it dispensed Los Remedios with quality Andalusian dishes and has been polishing its space over the years.
It is for all audiences, that tradition that has known how to age with the passage of time and continues to provide the flavors of always. From here you can feel a family atmosphere, an honest Sevillian cuisine with an excellent fried food and the promise of taking home a remarkable experience. 4. Mesón Sancho Panza
One of the Galician restaurants of reference in Seville is located in the neighborhood of Los Remedios. It is Mesón Sancho Panza, a bastion that changed hands in the late 2021 without giving up the quality and dishes that have elevated it during its history.
Following the path of traditional tapas, friedfish and Galician fish and seafood, it preserves the quality to which the innkeeper Paco Bugarín raised it to the top.

5. Bar la Alpargata
La Alpargata is a full-fledged tapas bar, with a succulent and varied amount of unbeatable proposals in Seville. No shortage of croquettes, serranito, different kinds of montaditos or sirloin steak with whiskey, among other viands.
