3. Lalola
Its specialty is Iberian cuisine, on which its menu is based. Its commitment to mixing tradition and creativity is the key to the success of this establishment. The other: the raw material. Chef Camila Ferraro and sommelier Robert Tetas are the perfect tandem that sustains Sobretablas, a high-level restaurant in which the influence of El Celler de Can Roca can be felt. Several floors make up this space, located in one of the buildings for the 1929 Ibero-American Exposition.

Becerrita synthesizes the pleasures of the andalusian tapas in a rich traditional menu. But this house covers much more: different tasting menus, also cocktail menu, for groups and its not so well known Plans, gastronomic compendiums that bring you home to share with your people.

Tribeca is a full-fledged party buhaira neighborhood and their work is commendable. The proposal is linked to seasonal products, which is why its menu is renewed with a certain frequency, to which they add certain elaborations outside the menu. Donostia-born chef Javier Fabo is behind Amara, this restaurant on Zaragoza Street that focuses on seasonal products and includes a succulent tasting menu among its offerings.
Among the proposals you will find an appetizing croquette nigiri with red tuna and kimchi; leek confit, foie gras cream, garlic honey and harissa or crispy pork ear and glass shrimp.
