In addition to the hectic cultural agenda of cities like Seville, which breathes into leisure a large number of proposals, there is also a whole catalog of immersive experiences. Throughout 2023 some of these events will take place, marked by virtual reality, intimate concerts, events with special attention to the five senses or mappings capable of transporting us to any place.
Audiovisual productions in iconic locations, dream palaces where we can meet Tchaikovsky by candlelight and other proposals to live in first person, from the hand of Candlelight. Immersive experiences during 2023 that allow, all of them, to discover a Seville that looks to the future.
Murder Mystery
Imagine: you enter the House of Memory in Seville. There, you are greeted by a group of upset, nervous, frightened people. Someone has murdered the famous flamenco singer Carmen Garcia. And they are waiting for you, investigator, to solve the case. This is Murder Mystery, in which you can walk through the rooms of this wonderful building in search of clues, to get into conversations of those who were in the place at the time of the crime, to interrogate them, to analyze the crime scene … Do you dare?

Experiences by candlelight: enter Candlelight
Candlelight concerts are magical concerts and so is the atmosphere they recreate. Thousands of candles will illuminate throughout 2023 spaces such as the Setas de Sevilla, Casa Salinas or the Aquarium of the city to listen to live tribute concerts to great music artists such as, among others.
Aurora, the shows at the Setas
Las Setas de Sevilla has concentrated two novelties since last year: Aurora, much more than a light show and the immersive Feeling Sevilla Room.
Among the new additions to this space are Aurora and the Feeling Seville Immersive Room. Aurora is a first-person experience of light and sound that combines culture, art and technology. It also incorporates elements such as the occupation and movement of visitors, the weather, the wind, the time of year with a unique design every day.
For its part, the Immersive Room, located 21 meters high and with more than 200 square meters, is equipped with unprecedented technology. Specifically, a curved LED screen 21 meters long x 3 meters high, with 16 million pixels that allow a definition of 1.9 pixel inch, 360Âş sound, floor projection, LED lighting on the ceiling, air effect, olfactory maps through odor diffuser and a tiered area for 96 seats from which you can enjoy Feeling Sevilla, an audiovisual piece created by TVT and MR Factory.
Museum of Illusions
If you are looking for a fun and unique experience in Seville, then the Museum of Illusions is for you. Its impressive and dynamic space – full of tricks, puzzles, mirages and holograms – will challenge your perception and try to trick your mind during a mind-blowing tour where laughing, touching and playing are more than allowed.

In terms of immersive experiences using virtual reality, Past View stands out in Seville. This activity allows you to know the past of Seville through VR glasses. A tour that leads you through the bowels of Seville and that will help you to know how it was once.
Eight strategic points to review the most significant periods of Seville. At each stop, and through the virtual reality equipment you will be able to travel through different historical moments.
During these “virtual recreations” next to the most important monuments of Seville, a historical character will act as a guide to reveal everything you need to know about what the city was like in his time.
