The waffles, like almost every whim of simple preparation, have made a niche in the establishments dedicated to breakfast, brunch and / or snacks in Seville.
A slightly crunchy craving with a tender interior and that lends itself, virtue or misfortune, to accompany it with sweet and savory options. We identify it by its peculiar shape: a sort of grille that has already become a symbol of gluttony throughout the world.
The topping that the diner decides to add is a matter of taste. From the simple sprinkling with powdered sugar to more elaborate recipes, such as eggs benedict crowning this tasty snack. Waffles offer immense possibilities to the palate and in Seville you can find them in different gastronomic temples.
Parcería
Parcería worships specialty coffee but it is undeniable that its delivery to breakfast and brunch could only be up to par. Feria Market is drenched in the aroma of Parcería’s coffee, which pairs perfectly with its gastronomic offerings. Waffles, yogurt bowls, copious toasts and cakes to fall in love with good pastry making.

Gallito & Galleta
Preparing waffle batter is not a complicated task. Not at least if compared to a roscón de reyes or any variant of baklava. However, to elevate a good waffle to excellence is complicated. In Gallito & Galleta at least they manage to make you remember and need to try again the ones they prepare here.
This cafeteria in the vicinity of Santa Justa station is the oasis of breakfasts and snacks, as well as a place to work or study. Among the goodness of Gallito & Galleta is also the idiosyncrasy of the place itself, an open space that manages to bathe with the mid-morning light the succulent sweets they offer.
Their waffles, of course, are one of the favorite options for diners. Their dough, with just the right balance of sugar and flour, allows you to lick your lips with the ingredients and toppings that their menu promises.

La Cacharrería
Consecrated in the vicinity of Las Setas, La Cacharrería proposes multiple possibilities to start with the morning ritual. Brunch, classic and gourmet toast, pancakes, bagels, pastries and, as this list promises, premium waffles. A more than satiating offer, very extensive and in an excellent location. They prepare them with nutella, lotus cookie, oreo or mascarpone as well as an assortment of savory options.

Purita
At Purita you will find toast, of course. But also other alternatives on brioche bread, bagels, bowls and (attentive) exquisite waffles that will sweeten your palate. Even if you order their savory options. As for cakes, don’t worry for the sweet-toothed reader; there is no lack of a generous display of these handmade creations.

Fair 83
Although it attracts tourists for obvious reasons, Feria 83 (at number 83 on Calle Feria itself, of course) is also an excellent option for getting your boots on until whatever time you want. This space is dedicated to brunch but its menu is full of other options that will delight anyone. Among them a small assortment of waffles: with chocolate, kinder good and ice cream; or their creative Italian waffles, with mozzarella, scrambled eggs, tomato and green pesto.

Amorino
This Italian franchise has five locations in Seville where you can taste their waffles. In particular, and as in the case of crepes, you can accompany them with ice cream, gianduja, chocolate, caramel, sugar or fresh cream.

CaraPino
If there is a temple of the sweet tooth in Seville where you can mix as many flavors as your body can bear, it is undoubtedly CaraPino. In this ice cream parlor located in Seville they prepare freakshake, milkshakes of all colors, crepes and ice creams that take your breath away. As if that weren’t enough, their display case is always full of innovations, cakes and sweets for the most gluttonous. Their waffles and crepes are not to be missed at dinner.

IceCoBar
IceCobar, specialized in making grilled ice cream rolls, landed in Seville in October 2019 in the Lagoh shopping center and is already a success. Along with their iconic rolls they also offer waffles with bubbles to which you can add almost any whim that crosses your mind.
