There are those who lament the proliferation of businesses that move away from tradition, but it is undeniable that Seville is witnessing a long-awaited adaptation to the new times. The brunch, for example, which penetrated timidly in Seville and can already boast of having a good handful of cafes dedicated to this late breakfast, mid-morning or before the afternoon.
Brunch comes from English (the combination of breakfast and lunch), but it is just an excuse to name the meals that break our circadian circle. But our palate loves to break the rules and blame the Anglo-Saxon terms. These suggestive brunches in Seville will satiate your appetite at any time between mornings and noon.
1. Parceria
Parcería worships specialty coffee but it’s undeniable that their delivery to breakfast and brunch could only live up to it. Feria Market is drenched in the aroma of Parcería’s coffee, which pairs perfectly with its gastronomic offerings.
As for the waffles, you have two possibilities: the one with dulce leche, butter and fleur de sel or the one that includes fruit and artisan ice cream from Bolas. The catalog of possibilities is not concise: you have a chapter dedicated to toasts, another one to yogurts and the one related to cakes.
As for brunch, Parcería offers three hearty recipes: smoked tuna with orange ajoblanco, pastrami with homemade ricotta or their waffle with burrata, avocado and candied cherry tomatoes. A sort of coffee paradise that enriches the undeniable offer of Feria Street.

2. Billy Brunch
The fact that Billy Brunch is also a busy space during the week gives a good idea of the quality that the future diner will find in this hidden cafeteria in the heart of Seville. To the rhythm of the classics: Edith Piaf, Baby Huey, Billy Brunch replicates the essence of the first of its premises, a success in Barcelona.
It retains the essence of its predecessor to consolidate itself as one of the reference places for breakfasts and brunches in Seville. Specialty coffee, in charge of the barista Manolo Garrido and an extensive menu dedicated to this late breakfast.
American breakfast, dripping eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, classic toast, tasty toppings to expand and embellish your choice and one of their most popular dishes: pancakes. In our opinion, one of the best in Seville. Freshly made pancakes, with excellent fluffiness and the best of harmonies: chocolate and strawberry. You can extend your tower of pancakes, which are also offered with maple syrup and fruit or dulce de leche and coconut.
The agility and good work of the kitchen team combines perfectly with the cheerful service in the dining room. A perfect combination makes this brunch an essential plan in Seville.

3. Mokambo
Brunch enthusiasts in Seville know that Mokambo is one of the most organic and healthy alternatives to practice this morning agape. For the rest of the readers, this refuge puts the focus on real food, without processed, with the craftsmanship and care that should go through any hospitality business.
Maribel Mondelo, a specialist in nutrition and dietetics and a keto-food chef, runs this space that boasts one of the most unbeatable eggs Benedict in the city. Her brunches, which can be served on bagel, toast or croissant, range from the Italian combination to the Mexican or paleobacon with grilled vegetables, among others.

4. Plácido y grata
This old manor house from the end of the 19th century hides the most welcoming specialty coffee shop in Seville. They promise a first class coffee (from NOMAD and other guest roasters) and this is attested to by me. In Plácido y grata you will find a haven of peace a few steps away from the bustle of the center.
Tranquility could serve as a guiding thread for an experience that combines the virtues of good coffee with a very complete and excellent breakfast menu. Their sourdough breads are made by the baker Pablo Conesa, on which they offer combinations such as ham, brie cheese, roasted mango and rosemary or classic options. Bowls, a chapter dedicated to free-range eggs and the sweet section will not escape the avid diner’s eye either.
By the way, the cafeteria is free access even though it is part of this hotel, undoubtedly one of the nicest in the city.

5. Purita
At number 14 of the central street Jerónimo Hernández, in the vicinity of Las Setas, you can find Purita. This business was born from the need to offer in Seville a complete concept of breakfasts and snacks, but also brunch or vermouth. That is what Purita is dedicated to, to bring us an assortment of irresistible gochadas throughout the day.
Purita is one of those places that one seeks to feel at home: a good brunch in Seville and accompanied by specialty coffee (in Purita they work with Alquimista). That’s right, a complete experience that tourists can enjoy but undoubtedly a perfect corner for the Sevillian neighbor.
In Purita you will find toast, of course. But also other alternatives on brioche bread, bagels, bowls and (attentive) exquisite waffles that will sweeten your palate. Even if you order their savory options. As for cakes, don’t worry for the sweet-toothed reader; there is no lack of a generous display of these handmade creations.

6. Fair 83
The brunch penetrated timidly in the first places that served this idea of breakfast/lunch but already, almost with shoehorn, it populates great part of the streets of the city. And in addition to the acceptance it has on social networks, its success is not only due to foreign tourists.
Because a hearty meal at around 12 (or whatever time suits you) that combines multiple possibilities and makes you happy for the weekend is priceless.

7. La Cacharrería
La Cacharrería proposes different brunch assortments, classic and gourmet toasts in different breads, pancakes and bagels, pastries and now also lunch service.
A more than satiating offer, very wide and in an excellent location. A cafeteria that has been devoted to the pleasure of breakfast for years and remains a benchmark in this regard.

Jester
Without a doubt, Jester is one of the best options for breakfast in Seville. It is a very small place but its charm is inversely proportional and also contributes greatly to the fact that the service is quite fast and very pleasant.
Bagels, pastries, toast, cakes, bowls … it has everything to cover with a full brunch a few meters from Santa Cruz. An alternative to the classic toast or the hearty mid-morning sandwich.

9. Paradas 7
Paradas 7 often has long lines of customers in anticipation of an otherwise quiet experience. Opposite the Plaza de Armas shopping center and next to Avenida 5 cinemas, this place specializing in brunches has carved a niche for itself among the best in the city.
Smoothies, bowls, English, French and even Manchego breakfast are part of this catalog of healthy proposals. In fact, the most conservative palates will not miss lighter lunches or the classic Andalusian toast.
There are lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options, and you can book in advance.
