It is very easy to notice the abundance of spaces that Seville has to offer as soon as you walk through its streets. Every year new openings are added to the vademecum of restaurants, cafes and experiences that have consolidated Seville as a reference and this 2025 has been no less.
We explore and select some of the best additions that the city has celebrated in the last 12 months.

Itálica opened in spring and right from the start it showed signs of success. In the gastronomic spheres Javi Abascal has a lot to say, since more than ten years have witnessed his tireless enterprise. With Lalola consecrated as an institution in the Hotel One Shot Conde Torrejón, Abascal dusts off the second floor of the Hotel América with Itálica.
The new Abascal’s new product is based on an interesting embrace of Andalusian recipes and ingredients with techniques, recipes and foods from Italy. A formula that works and is patented in a concise menu.

Madrid and Seville, almost as a concomitance of strategic location and at a time lacking beach, are able to bring the best of the sea in its interior. In Seville there is no beach -no matter how much we insist on colonizing the coastline-, but you can enjoy the seafood. An example of all this is Baturrones, a seafood brewery that opened in Las Setas last May.
Seafood canteen, bar of always, tapas contained from 2.5 € and classic dishes where fish and seafood and local jaleo predominate.

The repertoire of sophisticated restaurants, with an important aesthetic component and especially those located in historic buildings, we are accustomed to think, are directly proportional to high ticket prices. Not so in Casa Inquieta, which occupies what was once La Taberna del Alabardero in this magnificent 19th century palace and whose proposal will be something to talk about.
What goes on within its walls is still a rara avis in the city. Perhaps Sevillania and flamenco, elegant rooms framed in tiles, a menu with tradition and reasonable prices. A feeling that the 20th of Zaragoza is already something else.

Albareda, a laconic street next to Plaza Nueva, boasts a peculiar bustle. Where the mythical Zelai once stood -a reference point for those of us who have lived on this street, which had to close down- today a project that does not seek to cannibalize the neighborhood is making a niche for itself.
Ovejas Negras is behind this firm that, we confirm, is at the height of the historic Zelai and could well be positioned in the top openings in Seville this 2025. GastronomicSpeakeasy , cocktail bar and music inside an abacería.
Zoco
Among the most original openings in Seville in 2025 is Zoco, a multipurpose space, a gastronomic market that brings together three concepts. Dekené, Lebanese cuisine; Bebo, an oriental wine bar and its cafeteria, Kilo.
David Pareja (Mano de Santo) and Anas Honeiny (Fatouch) are behind this project willing to continue animating the picturesque street fair.
Gallery

The Macarena neighborhood finally has its first specialty corner. The artist and photographer Chío Fernández returned to Seville after a long period living in London to launch Galería, this exciting coffee project.
At the moment, the cafeteria that would fall in love (or will fall in love) with your grandmother, as rightly auspicious from their social networks.
Over time, a neighborhood cafe (yes) but with the capacity to house a gallery and continue to energize and create synergies in the vicinity of Red Cross.
You will find coffee from Ineffable, sweets from Pan y Più and Solo Chai.

There is a great Mexican restaurant in Seville, which is Sed de Mexico, and there is a house of the same family so affordable that you can gorge yourself on tacos without limits for 16.90 €. We are talking about Te quiero Taco, the most street proposal of the hotel group that landed last fall in the Alameda de Hércules in Seville.
So, it will no longer be necessary to go to his well-known bastion in Tomares to enjoy his free taco buffet for less than 17 €. You have this promotion or the 2×1, also popular, to get your fill of these addictive pancakes.
Moin

Moin Café started its coffee adventure at the beginning of the summer, in a tiny place next to Santa María la Blanca. Beyond the theme that concerns us, it is a more versatile business, where you can also dare with a vermouth or attend their wine and cheese nights or tastings.
Craftsmanship, gourmet products, a succinct, coquettish terrace and specialty coffee. In their networks they recognize it as “your new favorite place for a well-drawn espresso, an unhurried filtering and a good bite to go with it.”
Moraleja Nervión

It seems to be an inherent hallmark of Sevillian bars to dispense icy beers all four seasons of the year.
It is no secret the concept that Moraleja Nervión lavishes to this work, to the good eating and to that timeless costumbrismo of which they make flag. A very jovial atmosphere in its two premises and a gastronomic proposal capable of combining tradition and contemporary gestures without renouncing to adjusted prices.
They have been at Pintor Amalio García del Moral for a year now, with a very busy clientele that is devoted to their popular brioches, tortillas or their chicharrones fried at the moment with PX and lime, which have been causing a sensation in the neighborhood for months.
