Cheesecakes are, at the time, infallible elements when it comes to salting lunches and dinners in style. There are as many recipes as there are chefs and infinite possibilities for demanding palates. Seville joins the trend and the city already abounds in cafes and restaurants that are devoted to this dessert whose origin dates back to Ancient Greece.
With blue cheese or dulce de leche, creamy, without toppings or with a strong cookie base, they look like seductive snacks. In short, we bring together our favorites, 6 delicious cheesecakes that you will find in Seville.
1. La Cochera del abuelo
Although La Cochera del abuelo opened only a couple of years ago, it has already established itself as a reference in the Sevillian gastronomy.
Chef Bosco Benítez is at the helm of the stoves and among his delicious preparations, the cheesecake (whose recipe is reserved) is a jewel to the palate. In our opinion, this version of “la viña” is the best cheesecake in Seville. Or at least it should be among the three best.

2. Mr. Cheesecakes
From Sanlúcar de Barrameda landed this concept of cheesecakes that are pure flavor. They have them in multiple flavors, one of their favorites being payoyo cheese.
You can also get mango, basque, Lotus with white chocolate and even mojito. You can taste them on site or take them away, with gluten-free options and portions around 4 €.
3. El Pintón
In the vicinity of the Cathedral of Seville they serve one of the best cheesecakes of the city. Little more can be asked of the historic center of Seville than a wide gastronomic offer while leading to desserts as sweet as this one.
In El Pintón they prepare it with Idiazábal cheese and it will delight any lover of this cake. It is accompanied by a little ice cream on a ground cookie base.

Here it is served warm with light notes of orange, vanilla and almond.

The success of Ratatouille Cheesecake in San Eloy street is indisputable. Since its opening, dozens of curious people and fans of these cheesecakes, one of the most popular in Seville, make a pilgrimage to this central street. And its menu is concise: 5 flavors (classic, pistachio, Kinder, Lotus and Oreo) in 2 possible sizes. Namely: small portions (6 €) and medium size (9 €).

6. Cris’s mother’s cakes

Las tartas de la madre de Cris rules the universe of cheesecakes in the center of Seville. Pilar Molina is responsible for these addictive creations that have been a hit in Granada since 2014.
In Seville, Marta Orta extends the different versions of this family recipe ranging from blue cheese, cheese with brownie, carrot, three chocolates, dulce de leche and other succulent proposals.

7. Río Grande
At Río Grande they prepare it in the oven and serve it warm and naked, offering the diner a creamy interior. Those looking for artificial flavors, jams and other toppings are in the wrong place. This restaurant of the Carbón group on the banks of the Guadalquivir has it without accompaniments and, underlines its menu, very creamy.
