Seville’s most food-loving residents had no idea a few months ago that a major event would spark new cravings. If Seville’s culinary scene is in such a golden age, why not bring togetherthe city’sbest restaurants, pastry shops, and restaurateurs in asingle eventfeaturing tastings, workshops, andcooking demonstrations? Gastrogardenis shaping up to be one of Seville’s most promising spring events, andthese are the succulenttapasthat will be on display along the Paseo Marqués de Contadero and Paseo de Colón.
The event will take place from March 15 to 17 and will feature, as we mentioned, a wide variety of activities.
From coffee-themed and photography-focusedevents to those centered on the art of working with fish or exploring the delights of the world of wine. These are just a few of the offerings that Gastrogarden will feature over the course of three days.

Gastrogarden’s Tapas
As for the food, expect a wide array of refined, fun, bite-sized, and, in short, delicious treats. The price for each of these small bites is €5, and here’s what’s on the menu.
- Abazero:steamed bread stuffed with organic mushrooms and a thin slice of Iberian pork jowl(vegan option also available).
- Ajo y agua: focaccia with cherry tomato and chili chutney, Iberian pork jowl, and anchovies.
- Anonymous. No gildas: panipuris stuffed with pickled salad, anchovies, boquerones, and piparra peppers.
- Augurio: crispy butterfish taco, yellow chili emulsion, and guacamole.
- Barra Baja:crabsalad.
- Desacato: venison muffin.
- Eterno: croissant filled with bluefin tuna tartare and Payoyo cream cheese.
- Grandpa’s Garage:slow-cooked Iberian pork brioche.
- Tizná: Andalusian pastela with free-range chicken stewed with orange blossom and dates.
- Sal Gorda:glazed pork cheek donut.
- Sevruga: beef meatballs with truffle.
Although admission costs €6 and includes one of these tapas of your choice, you can purchase tapas packs to save on your bill. The basic pass costs €10 and includes 2 tapas of your choice; the standard pass offers 3 tapas for €15, and the premium pass costs €20 and includes 4.
