Gastrogarden has already released the first clues regarding its 2026 edition. Seville is preparing to host a weekend centered on gastronomy, its promotion, and celebration through restaurants and related activities. It will take place on May 15, 16, and 17 on Paseo de Colón and Marqués de Contadero.
Along with the program, workshops, and tastings, another topic that sparks the most interest among attendees is the restaurants participating in Gastrogarden and which tapas will be available to taste this year.
The restaurants of La Tapería at Gastrogarden
La Tapería, the section that brings together the most attractive restaurants on the local hospitality scene, already knows some of its participants.
- On the one hand, they are bringing back offerings from the first edition, such as Desacato, Barra Baja, Eterno , La Tizná, Sal Gorda, Sevruga, Ajo y Agua, and chef Ali Elkardoudi.
- Additionally, new names such as Augurio, La Cochera del Abuelo, Abazero, and Anónimo are joining the lineup, expanding the event’s offerings and diversity.
As will be the case in 2025, each of them will offer a signature tapa at a single, un
ed price of €6.
In any case, you can already purchase packs of two tapas for €10, three tapas for €15, and four tapas for €20.
The festival’s sweet offerings
Those with a sweet tooth will celebrate the addition of the dessert section at Gastrogarden. This year’s participants include Kombucha-T, Heladería Bolas, Muy Coffee, La tarta de la madre de Cris, and SOLO CHAI.
