Idealista has released its annual data and it is clear that Constantina is one of the best options to buy in the province of Seville. In fact, according to the company’s data purchasing a property in Seville implies a difference of almost 1,000 euros per square meter (1,557€/m2).
Barely 5,740 inhabitants totaled this 2023 as stated by the National Institute of Statistics and yet it is situated as one of the most visited mountain villages in the province of Seville. Between mountains and pastures, in this Biosphere Reserve there are also gastronomic guarantees and patrimonial assets.
It is located less than 90 kilometers from Seville, an hour and a quarter drive to immerse yourself in the depths of the Sierra. It is also a good time to look for a house in this location, as house prices are down 36.1% since reaching their annual peak in February 2016, at€879/m2.
Other interesting towns in economic terms according to the report are Cantillana (761euros/m2), Burguillos (781euros/m2) or Lebrija (792euros/m2).
