Something as simple as a medallion of meat between buns and a handful of ingredients has awakened such passion that there are many who take the task of making hamburgers very seriously. An example that they are no longer just anything is the limited edition recipe that Burger Food Porn has devised together with Tue García, chef of 12 tapas: 12 rombos.
It is the first of the creations in collaboration with other chefs from Malaga, Madrid and Barcelona that will be carried out from this celebrated burger joint in Seville.
In 2023 they were distinguished as winners of the III hamburger championship and continue to devote themselves to elevate this product together with great national chefs.
What is 12 rombos like and when will it be available?
In each of these gastronomic partnerships, the chef in question will transform one of his classic recipes to the burger format.
And in this case it consists of Ángel Puchi’s own recipe brioche bun, Burger Food Porn’s iconic dry aged Galician blonde and smoked white cheddar, chipotle tomato and sweet and sour peppers.
It is a recipe integrated into the 12 tapas kitchen that they have managed to translate into a burger.
The 12 rombos will be available exclusively in restaurants (not included in delivery or pick-up) in order to preserve its quality for the diner and for two months.
