Seville is becoming fond of collaborative dinners, according to the list of restaurants that take advantage of anniversaries and celebrations to execute them. In this sense, Marabunda and Sal Gorda, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the latter, are teaming up for a four-handed menu on Thursday, April 3.
Francis Balongo and Elías Cabrera, chefs of both restaurants, respectively, have devised a menu in eight passes and a dessert that can be tasted in the premises of Marabunda (Jesus del Gran Poder, 31) at 21:00 hours.
A symphony that retains the essence of these spaces that delve into the Andalusian cuisine with a strong international spirit and special interest in fish. Thus, the menu consists of two appetizers or snacks, two starters, four main courses and a dessert.
- Tuna and eel tartlet.
- White shrimp and yuzu tartar.
- Artichoke, Chinese eggplant and miso hollandaise.
- Chicken wings confit with kimchee dressing.
- Grilled octopus with chimichurri.
- Lemon fish with wasabi and cucumber marinade.
- Marinated sea bass.
- Duck with rosemary and celeriac.
- The menu closes with a lemon pie.
This is how they announced this date -and it will not be the only one- on the group’s social networks:
We are delighted to announce that we are inaugurating this series of gastronomic dinners #CenasConAmigos on the occasion of Sal Gorda’s 10th anniversary with a four-handed dinner + pairing of cocktails and natural Andalusian wines.
