Nervión is one of those neighborhoods in Seville capable of satisfying all your needs without leaving its perimeter. From the traditional bars -good menudos, very good chicharrones- to refined restaurants, cinema, leisure, cafes and still a good amount of local businesses. To all this now joins the bakery 121 Grados, which on the occasion of its opening will give away 500 bizcochitos next Tuesday, November 18.
The one that is installed in the number 5 of Benito Mas and Prat finds its origin in its workshop in Palomares del Río, from where they have been dedicated to the high pastry for restaurateurs for 20 years.
From tomorrow, however, the residents of the neighborhood will be able to taste the pastries of this firm, which is the creator of desserts for restaurants such as María Trifulca or Catering Guadalquivir, among others. Cakes, sponge cakes, pies, croissants and other sweet delicacies (also breads) in the heart of Nervión.
121 Grados was born from the symbiosis between Antonio and Paco, two lovers of the sweet universe who met in a prestigious pastry shop in Seville and decided to embark on this project. Since 1998 they have not stopped training and perfecting their proposal, which can now also be tasted by private customers.
