Faced with the myriad of gastronomic festivals that Seville offers, simultaneous inclusive and consolidated alternatives were urgently needed, such as the Vegan Tapas Route which celebrates its IV edition in 2025.
The UVE (Spanish Vegetarian Union) recovers the ‘Veggie Vuelta’ in the city, in order to promote vegetable proposals in bars, restaurants and cafes in Seville. An initiative that also seeks to highlight the possibilities and benefits of a diet based on vegetables.
This edition, which have joined 10 spaces, will be held from 1 to November 9 in Seville. 24 different tapas and sweets can be tasted in each of the premises throughout these nine days. The vegan snacks in question, at least in its last edition, did not exceed 3 €.
Regarding the voting mechanism, it will be done through a QR code, available in situ in the premises, where attendees can rate their favorite recipes.
Which bars are participating in the IV Ruta de la Tapa Vegana?
- Peach and chajá: chocolate truffles.
- Inesperado café: arepa with an unexpected flavor.
- Los tulipanes: salmorejo, falafel, boletus ravioli with tomato sauce and homemade basil, homemade twister potato, patatas bravas.
- Mariquita brunch: vegan vanilla and chocolate cookie, vegan oatmeal and banana cookies, Dogface cookie, Ferrero cookie, fabes with mushrooms and truffle.
- Mary’s Place: vegan No-tuna taco.
- Mono de dulce: lemon tart.
- Purita: Magdarina.
- Hermanos Morales Restaurant: Vegan Serrano.
- Sansa Café: Flora tart, Amor donut, ham and cheese croissant, Nutella cookie, blueberry cupcake, OH, BABY! small slice and blueberry topped cheesecake slice.
- Santa Pizza: Veggie pizza.
