Pop CAAC, the Festival del Patio or the Seville Opera Biennial are located in the late summer as outlines of an autumn marked by music. In relation to the latter event, the Seville Opera Festival will kick off on September 25 as a first-class international promise.
The fact is that Seville has much to contribute as an operatic destination and this initiative highlights it.
Thus, until October 12 you can attend a dozen activities around this genre, performances and contemporary versions of classics such as Carmen and Don Giovanni.
Specifically, there will be 7 sites of the festival. Namely: Espacio Turina, the Artillery Factory, the Casa de Salinas, the Palacio de las Dueñas, the Hospital de la Caridad, the Patio de la Montería del Alcázar and, of course, the Teatro de la Maestranza.
Prices of the performances of the Seville Opera Festival
Prices will vary depending on the production and its location.
- For example, at the Espacio Turina each performance will be priced at 20 €, with 20% discounts for students, over 65s, unemployed, large families and professionals of the performing arts.
- The performances at the Artillery Factory will be between 15 and 40 €. The discount in question may also be applied to the smismas.
It should be noted that children under 30 years of age can take advantage of the Minuto Joven program, with half-price tickets, available at the box office half an hour before each performance.
