“Flavors of Italy” gives name to this elaboration inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Specifically, this unique “roscón de Reyes” is made with truffle-infused dough, filled with gelled Tuscan tomato and wrapped in a pistachio pesto chantilly.
Bolognese sausages accompany and crown the creation a pecorino and parmesan crumble with a fresh touch of basil. This peculiar roscón is priced at 38€.
