With Domi Vélez the genealogy speaks for itself. To be the fifth generation of bakers in his family is proof by far of the roots that crosses the lebrijano who in 2021 was awarded the title of best baker in the world in the World Baker. After the success of his first coffee shop in Seville, reaping long queues that confirm a bread and breakfasts first, Domi Vélez dares with the opening of a second bakery in Triana.
It opened its doors on July 15 at 178 Pagés del Corro, being a concept that distances itself from the local Alvarez Quintero. Specifically, the premises are located at the intersection between Plaza de Cuba, República Argentina and the San Vicente de Paúl church.
In this case, it is more of an ordinary bakery that offers the possibility of tasting some of its sweets on the high tables set up for that purpose.

This new space in front of the monumental shore of Seville allows to disaggregate the public from the center and bring their creations closer to the neighborhoods of the city. Because here the focus is on artisan bread, which they bring from Lebrija and are counted by dozens.
Breads of category to recover the tradition of having breakfast or dipping soups with a much more than decent bread.
You can find some classics, such as their various kinds of mollete (multigrain, rye or wholemeal) or the telera lebrijana. However, their unique and tasty creations stand out, such as the turmeric and lactose-free clarified butter loaf, the lemon and poppy seed bread or the mountain bread.
This brand new boutique -openfrom 9:00 to 21:00 hours- incorporates, as we said, some of their iconic sweet products such as their palmeras, croissants or Domicao, which they also turned into ice cream together with Bolas.
