Christmas is given a good assortment of attributes and adjectives, although, without a doubt, the greatest of them all is that of being the season most enthusiastically devoted to children. In addition to its themed parks and Christmas markets, there is the ambitious Playmobil exhibition to be held at the Valentín de Madariaga Foundation from December 6.
This is the largest exhibition of these figures in Spain, which can be visited until January 4.
The illusion generated by these dates is transversal to all ages and spreads in such nostalgic events as this exhibition.
What dioramas can you see in this Playmobil exhibition?
70,000 pieces and 9,000 figures in 10 XXL dioramas, in the Valentín de Madariaga Foundation next to the Queen’s dressmaker. A journey through the classics of literature and cinema without giving up the classic Playmobil Nativity Scene.
Thus, you can see a medieval city of more than 9 linear meters, London or New York at Christmas, models dedicated to the Civil Guard or S.O.S Rescue and many more scenes in more than 400 square meters.
In addition, attendees will be able to play various games, such as discovering the “Joaquinitos” and “Jesusitos Navas” hidden in the dioramas and guessing how many there are in total. For the occasion there will be Playmobil movies and a photocall to immortalize your visit.
Its agenda includes special days dedicated to the Civil Guard or S.O.S. Rescue, which will offer demonstrations to illustrate their work.
With regard to its price, the entrance fee is for charity, being 2 € for adults and 1 € for the little ones. 100% of the proceeds will go to the victims of the DANA in Valencia.
