The summer movie theaters standardize the summer nights in most of the Spanish municipalities. The magic of cinema moves from the theater seats and armchairs at home to conquer outdoor spaces, beach chairs, giant screens and snacks in the form of pipes and other packages to harmonize the evening. As happens in the Patio de la Diputación de Sevilla, where every summer hundreds of spectators gather to enjoy the Asómate al Patio initiative.
From June 26 to September 8, 75 films of all kinds will be screened in this emblematic courtyard. The great premieres of the last year, auteur films, seasonal hits or award-winning films from international festivals. An agenda that renews its offer for 27 years in what was once the barracks of the Puerta de la Carne.
The screenings will begin at 10:15 pm, although the doors will open at 9:15 pm. In August and September, however, the sessions will start at 10:00 pm. Regarding the seating capacity of this patio, it is prepared to accommodate up to 900 seats, distributed in rows and also at tables in the ambiguous area.
The tickets are no longer at their usual price, this year they will cost 4.5 € per session, and can be purchased through the website of Asómate al patio or at its headquarters.

This film series, which will continue throughout July and August, kicks off on June 26 with Te estoy amando localmente (I’m loving you locally). Other winners and nominees for the Goya Awards will also do the same, such as One love, Creatura, Saben aquell, Robot dreams.
But the Spanish film festival will not be the only ones to gather in the courtyards of Diputación. Other interesting feature films such as Fallen leaves, Vidas pasadas, Pobres criaturas or La zona de interéscan be added to this proposal.
The North American industry will also be present, with notable films such as Oppenheimer, Civil War or Los que se quedan. In any case, the reader will find below the complete Program of Asómate al Patio.
