The Al-Andalus tourist train sets off to offer its luxurious dream journeys. Railroads, vacations and Andalusia is an infallible ménage a trois for those who like to travel the old-fashioned way, tasting landscapes and leaving haste aside.
And although there is nothing written about tastes, the experience on this train is probably a dream for anyone. Not to mention the facilities that provide us that the vacations are satisfactorily organized.
Renfe’s tourist trains are back in business for the 2025 season. Thus, these experiences aboard the Al-Andalus return in March. There are different departure dates for this route that crosses the entire community. Here are all the details.
A museum piece to be experienced
The Al-Andalus is a railway jewel manufactured in France around the 1920s and consists of seven carriages-suites that used to transport the British monarchy through French lands, from Calais to the Côte d’Azur. As a tourist train it made its first trip in 1985 and in 2012 underwent a comprehensive refurbishment.
Luxurious beds, an impeccable catering service, cocktails, minibar in each room, laundry service, parties with live music and many other services complete this dream experience. A space that preserves the luxury of the 1920s with the avant-garde of the 21st century.
