Cuisine is, or should be, a universal language that speaks to us through memories, seasonality, uniqueness, and excellence. And it doesn’t have to be a matter for the few, nor does it have to be about luxury, exclusivity, or prohibitive prices. Tradevo Nervión brings all these elements together and serves up a special Lenten menu for just €16.90, featuring seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes of this time of year .
The menu brings together some of the culinary highlights associated with Seville’s Holy Week, interpreted through Gonzalo Jurado ’s contemporary lens . The menu is available from Tuesday through Friday and until Good Friday.
The journey is, from the outset, fascinating. Diners can choose from three main courses.
What does Tradevo’s Lenten menu include?
First, a creamy stew of seasonal white beans and broad beans. The second dish is a free-range egg with baked potatoes and fried baby squid. Finally, they suggest—as one would expect— fried desalted cod with creamy potato and truffle purée, a fried egg, and mushrooms.

The menu also includes a drink, bread, and dessert. For the grand finale, there are three family-friendly options: rice pudding, a brownie, or a succulent French toast.
More than a one-off event, the menu is designed as a way to bring a selection of dishes to the neighborhood that, due to the calendar and their cultural significance, take on special value during this time of year.
Chef Gonzalo Jurado sums up this intention with a two-pronged approach: respect for tradition and a desire to bring it into the present.
In the same vein, he adds:
The menu also arrives at a positive moment for the brand. Tradevo has recently renewed its recommendations in the Michelin Guide and the Repsol Guide for 2026, thereby reinforcing its position within Seville’s culinary scene.
