Seville’s municipal public swimming pools are managed by the Municipal Sports Institute (IMD), which reopened some of its facilities in June. They have remained open throughout July, August, and September. Thus, in just a few weeks, they will no longer be open for the public to enjoy.
In the meantime, we’re reviewing the hours and prices of the most notable swimming pools in the province of Seville so that, for the rest of the summer, you’ll have several refreshing getaways at your fingertips .
Rochelambert Sports Center
Price: €5 (Admission with a €3 discount for people with reduced mobility and children over five years old. Free for children under 5).
Torreblanca Sports Center
Price: €5 (Admission with a €3 discount for people with reduced mobility and children over five years old. Free for children under 5).
Alcosa Sports Center
Open: June 21 through September 7, 2025.
Hours: Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Price: €5 (Admission with a €3 discount for people with reduced mobility and children over five years old. Free for children under 5).
Tiro de Línea Municipal Pool
Opening: Another of Seville’s most popular public pools is the one at Tiro de Línea, which in this case is open from June 23 to September 6.
Price: €5 (Admission with a €3 discount for people with reduced mobility and children over five years old. Free for children under 5).
San Pablo
Compared to the opening hours of the other municipal swimming pools in Seville, those of San Pablo have undergone slight changes.
It is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. On Saturdays, it also opens earlier, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Hytasa
For its part, Hytasa maintains opening hours that are practically the same as the rest of the public pools, except on Saturdays, when it opens earlier at 9:00 a.m.
The one in Gines is one of the most popular municipal pools in the province of Seville, especially thanks to the initiative that draws a large number of swimmers every summer: its White Nights.
During these events, this summer recreation center also opens its doors at night and held its first edition of 2025 last week. Specifically, it remained open from 9:00 PM to midnight and was completely free for residents registered in the town.
As for the schedule beyond this initiative, the Gines pool is already open for the summer season, Tuesday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
Price: weekends and holidays €3 for members, retirees, and pensioners, and €6 for non-members. Children under 4 years old receive a 100% discount.
La Rinconada Swimming Pools
The pools in La Rinconada will officially kick off the season on June 19, 2026. As for hours, they will be open Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays and holidays from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The cost will be €2.50 on weekdays and €4 on Saturdays and holidays; admission is free for children under 1 year of age. You can purchase your tickets in person at the municipal swimming pools in La Rinconada (Seville) or online through the Patronato’s website.
Mairena del Aljarafe Swimming Pools (Cavaleri and Francisco León)
The Mairena pools are open Tuesday through Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
As in the past year, the daily rate is €6 for those over 18, €4 for people between 5 and 17 years old, and €2 for children under 5.
Bormujos
Open Tuesday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 7:45 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Children under 15 must pay a total of €2, as do seniors and people with disabilities. Adults born before 2008 will pay the €4 rate. An extra €1 must be added to these rates on weekends and holidays.
El Ronquillo Pool
This summer 2026, it will be open from 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Regarding prices, children between 4 and 14 years old will pay a total of €1.50 for a day pass (€2 on weekends), and those over 16 years old will pay €2 ( €3 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Tomares
Following the schedule from previous years, the Tomares pool will be open Monday through Friday from 2:15 PM to 7:15 PM, and on Fridays until 7:45 PM (season pass holders may enter starting at 12:15 PM). On weekends and holidays, hours are extended from 12:00 PM to 7:45 PM. More information about season passes here.
Price: Monday through Friday €3.70 (ages 4–14), €5.80 (over 14), and €2.50 (over 65). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: €5.10 (ages 4–14), €8.40 (over 14), and €3.70 (over 65).
El Viso del Alcor
Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In this case, admission to the municipal pool costs €2 on weekdays and €3 on weekends and holidays. Children under 14, pensioners, and retirees will pay €1.50 and €2.50, respectively, if they visit on weekdays or weekends.
Of course, these are the prices for registered residents. Visitors who are not from the municipality pay €5 and €6, respectively, on weekdays or weekends. Children, retirees, and pensioners pay €3.50 and €4.50.
Los Palacios
Hours: Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Price: Weekdays €2 (under 14) and €3 (over 15). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, €2.50 (under 14) and €4 (over 15).
Lora del Río
From 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday: €1.05 (ages 7–16) and €1.95 (<16). Sundays and holidays: €2.15 (ages 7–16) and €3.20 (<16).
The one in Cañaveral de León (Huelva), one of the most popular pools in Andalusia, has opened its season for recreational swimming.
