
It has been around for more than a year and a half and has already established itself as an embassy of Italian gastronomy in Seville. Now Ricca, adapting to the seasonality and also to the market, incorporates a succulent menu of the day.
To its current offer -pastas and pizzas and a unique omakase bar- we must add this opulent proposal much more restrained in price. And it is worth taking advantage of the work break and try this menu where you can review some of its iconic dishes for a reasonable 17 €.
What does Ricca’s menu of the day include?

Strategically located in the heart of Arenal, next to the river, the Maestranza and the Avenida de la Constitución, the Ricca phenomenon continues to democratize .
In this case: menu of the day, which is served from Monday to Friday working days at noon and includes starter, main course (pasta or pizza), dessert and drink. The combinations, in any case, are as follows.
Starters
- Fried Montanarina. A unit of Ricca’s fried dough fermented for 48 hours topped with mortadella di Bologna IGP, fresh ricotta and pistachio. A sort of a very appetizing spreadable fun.
- Another Ricca classic included in this menu is the crispy fried polentina with veal ragu, tomato sauce and parmesan 30 months.
Choice of pasta or pizza

There are four pizzas available on the menu, some emblematic and infallible recipes of Italian gastronomy, all of them with San Marzano DOP tomato.
- Margherita: fiordilatte Campana mozzarella and basil.
- Diavola: fiordilatte Campanamozzarella, calabrese salami, pecorino romano cheese and basil.
- Marinara Ricca: garlic, pachino tomato, oregano and basil.
- Arrabbiata: pachino tomato mix, spicy calabrese sauce, garlic, parsley and basil.
As for pasta, diners can choose from:
- Rigatoni with tomato variety sauce and fresh buffalo straciatella at room temperature.
- Tagliatelle with white veal ragu and Parmesan 30 months.
- Or the primo del giorno. In other words, the dish of the day that usually includes between 1 and 3 different kinds of pasta recipes to choose from.

Four of Ricca’s desserts to choose from
The section dedicated to desserts comprises four of the sweets that make up the restaurant’s regular menu. In this case they are available:
- Ricca’s mille-feuille with vanilla pastry cream.
- The infallible cannoli filled with ricotta and pistachio. Two are served in small format.
- Profiteroles with pastry cream and chocolate coating.
- Or the bomboloncini, 4 fried dumplings filled with chocolate and cream.
