Sundays are, as tradition dictates, for getting out for a little while at midday. A wide variety of plans are welcome for this, whether it’s a barbecue or a paella at a friend’s house, grabbing a few classic beers in El Salvador at any of Seville’s must-visit bars. Or, as is the case, taking a stroll through the market in Maria Luisa Park.
This year, it will be held on May 17, coinciding with the usual third Sunday of the month in question.
What better plan than to stroll through the park and browse the items at the stalls throughout the day on Sunday starting at 11:00 a.m. Make a note if you haven’t visited it yet; it’s one of the best flea markets in Seville.
Accessories, fashion, and crafts in María Luisa
There will be top-tier products across various sectors, including fashion, accessories, and handicrafts. This edition of the souk features new vendors with items joining the traditional offerings, resulting in a new range of products and brands that will be available to all visitors.
More than 80 vendors will offer a wide range of products at this iconic city market, which has been running since 2013.
Looking ahead to the next edition of this Sunday market, the Parque de María Luisa souk will also be decked out in summer finery. It will return as usual on the third Sunday of every month, maintaining its traditional layout and schedule.
Following this schedule, the next edition will take place on Sunday, June 21, which will also be the last market before the summer break.
It is clearly one of the best markets in the city since it began in 2013 and a great place to visit on the weekends it is held.
