The neighborhood of Los Remedios is undergoing an interesting metamorphosis, with the gradual incursion of spaces such as La Carmela or Besana Tapas. The popular bakery La Esencia, in Mairena del Aljarafe, has joined these two new additions .
A coquettish bread bakery opened on October 1 at number 24, Asunción Street, to bring quality bread to the neighborhood.
The Aljarafe bakery belongs to the Good Bread Route of Andalusia and offers the opportunity to Sevillians the opportunity to get their products.
For the elaboration of these products, La Esencia uses quality flours of stone-ground grains, ecological flours, for their slow fermentations of at least 48 hours. Behind the bakery innovation is Javier Gonzalez, creator of the delights that come out of their ovens.
Signature breads and artisan sweets

These include, for example, the bread flavored with Cerveza Rancia (stale beer) or Hogaza Muerte por Chocolate (Death by Chocolate), which pays tribute to those childhood snacks.
In addition, each month it launches a signature bread in which it allows itself to dream and mix flavors to surprise. This October, they are daring with bread with currants, cocoa beans, cocoa nibs, black tea, cinnamon and spices, reminiscent of grandma’s homemade cookies.
Artisan sweets are also a great attraction in the office. Their croissants, palm trees, wedges or boliñas also look seductive in their showcases.
The one in Los Remedios is already the sixth space of La Esencia in the province, together with its stores in El Porvenir and those in Aljarafe (in Mairena, Tomares, Palomares and Castilleja).
