La Cartuja Stadium, a venue for major events in recent years—a massive stage for concerts and festivals, the temporary home of Betis, and the site of the Copa del Rey final—will host Ibai Llanos’s “La Velada del Año VI” this Saturday. The king of streaming and entertainment is organizing this event, which will bring together a dozen artists and feature 10 boxing matches between content creators.
Star-studded musical performances (five of the artists have been kept secret), boxing rounds, and more than 80,000 spectators will flock to the stadium to enjoy the event.
Given the huge crowd expected at Isla de la Cartuja, the Seville City Council has implemented a special plan for transportation, security, and cleaning. If you have a ticket for the event on Saturday, July 25, 2026, here’s how to get to the stadium, information on the additional bus routes, parking areas, and streets closed to traffic.
Key Event Times
To make sure you don’t miss a thing and to avoid traffic jams at the venue entrance, take note of the official schedule:
- Doors will open at 4:00 p.m.
- The show begins at 7:00 p.m.
- It will end around 11:55 p.m.
Arrive well in advance. Tickets are non-transferable, and access will require validation of your ID.
How to get there by public transportation
Public transportation is the most recommended option for getting to La Cartuja and avoiding traffic jams at the access roundabouts.
City buses (TUSSAM)
Tussam will increase service on lines 2, C1, and C2, whose main stop will be Avenida Juan Bautista Muñoz, located just 200 meters from the stadium’s South Gate.
In fact, 18 additional buses will be added starting at 5:00 p.m., bringing the frequency to every 6 to 8 minutes.
Night Service/Return Trip: The C1 and C2 circular lines will continue operating until the event concludes, with trains running approximately every 12 minutes.
- Line 2: Barqueta, Macarena, Ronda Histórica, Puerta Osario, Santa Justa, San Bernardo. Trains run every 6–8 minutes starting at 5:00 p.m.
- Line C1: Triana, Los Remedios, Prado de San Sebastián, San Bernardo, Nervión. 6–8 min / 12 min after the event.
- Line C2: Barqueta, Macarena, San Pablo, Santa Justa, Triana. 6–8 min / 12 min after the event.
Renfe
- Regarding Renfe commuter trains, departures from Santa Justa C2 are at 9:25 a.m., 10:16 a.m., 1:16 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 5:08 p.m., and 7:10 p.m.
Taxis and Ride-Hailing Services
For those who prefer to use a taxi or ride-hailing service, the designated drop-off points are the stadium’s East roundabout and the area near the Alamillo Bridge.
- The special taxi stand is located at the corner of Américo Vespucio and Denis Papin.
- VTC will set up a drop-off and pick-up point at the intersection of Leonardo da Vinci and Pitágoras.
Designated parking areas
Finally, for those arriving by private vehicle from outside Seville, the La Cartuja venue has set up designated parking lots:
- Parking Lots P7-North and P7-South: reserved for private vehicles of event attendees. We recommend reserving a spot or arriving well in advance, as spaces are limited and access to the main entrances will be regulated as the stadium reaches capacity.
- Sevilla Techpark Parking Lots
- Parking spaces for people with limited mobility are available in the P1 parking lot next to the stadium; access is via José de Gálvez, Juan Bautista Muñoz, and Ingeniero Luis Salvador Avenue.
Traffic closures and restrictions in La Cartuja
Starting at noon on Saturday, progressive traffic restrictions will be implemented on the road network closest to the stadium:
- José de Gálvez Street: closed off from the Isla Mágica roundabout (access reserved exclusively until 7:00 p.m. for Tussam buses, guests of the Barceló Renacimiento Hotel, and accredited individuals).
- Calle Rugby Ciencias: traffic restrictions from the Beatriz Manchón roundabout.
- Avenida Ingeniero Luis Salvador and Juan Bautista Muñoz: traffic restricted except for public transportation and logistics-related incidents.
