The Estadio de la Cartuja is already gearing up for what promises to be one of the summer’s biggest events in Seville. Next Saturday, July 25, Seville will once again be the epicenter of the streaming universe with the celebration of La Velada del Año VI.
Ibai Llanos announced last Wednesday what everyone was waiting for: the official lineup of artists who will perform between fights. True to form, the Basque content creator did so via a video set in a casino. But watch out, because the big news isn’t just the confirmed acts—it’s the big secret that’s been kept under wraps: there will be five surprise guest artists.
The artists confirmed for La Velada VI in Seville
- Anuel AA. The Puerto Rican artist is making his comeback and returning to La Velada after his controversial and eventful performance two editions ago.
- Bad Gyal will return to Seville following her concert in late May.
- They’ll be joined by Yandel, a living legend of reggaeton.
- Juanes.
- La Pantera and Lucho RK.

Ibai has left the door open for collective madness. Those five slots for “surprise artists” have sparked a wave of speculation among La Velada fans.
Among the names being mentioned are Bad Bunny and Shakira—both of whom have hits with Anuel and Yandel, respectively—; Quevedo, a close friend of his fellow Basques La Pantera and Lucho RK, also has a track with Bad Gyal; Aitana and Lola Índigo are also being talked about on social media, as their partners, Plex and IlloJuan, are stepping into the ring this year.
