It is the virtue of good coffee lovers to find spaces in cities that can feed our rituals; also to become the headquarters of our meeting points. Seville is no stranger to the proliferation of specialty coffee shops that take care of all this, and little by little it is accepting this trend and adapting to it. So much so that the established list The Best Coffee Shops Spainhas included two specialty coffee shops in Seville in 2026.
Both places have some elements in common. They are cozy businesses with a carefully crafted image, tempting breakfasts, and where the cult of coffee is non-negotiable.
Parcería, more than 10 years serving specialty coffee on Calle Feria

This little coffee shop has been located on the lively Calle Feria for more than a decade. Opposite the market and next to the Palacio de los Marqueses de la Algaba, it has been serving specialty coffee for years, working with different roasters and providing us with some of the best waffles in the city.
The first stop of the morning if you happen to be in Vizcaíno at the Angelus hour, or the second stop of the day after visiting, for example, El Jueves. For those who enjoy the mid-morning sun, it has a small terrace.
Late, the newest ‘place to be’ for coffee
Very close to Parcería but with much less history, Late stands out as Seville’s other reference point in The Best Coffee Shops Spain. It’s no surprise that it’s busy, given its delicious pastries—its cinnamon roll deserves a paragraph of its own— the afternoon atmosphere (also suitable for work, as they provide a small workspace) and its rich coffees.
The premises, by the way, are delightful, designed by the architects at Espacio Mondo. Open kitchen, coffees from Hola Coffee, and pastries in this café that exudes good vibes.
