The four hands menu, a practice that unites chefs from different restaurants in a special tasting, have been developing successfully in Seville. With precedents such as the party offered by Mr. Cangrejo and Kinu; La Casa del Tigre and Marabunda or Barra Baja with Gonzalo Hernández and Alberto Pacheco, it is worth adding this event by Alimentari and Lalola.
Both restaurants promise a sensational dinner next Wednesday, February 19 at 21:00 hours merging their concepts: Iberian and Italian cuisine.
The chefs of both firms, Javi Abascal and Lorenzo Falzarano, have prepared a menu that will be served at 21 Bartolomé de Medina Street .
Specifically, the tasting consists of two starters and two main courses created by each chef and inspired by the essence of the other. Two signature desserts will culminate this paired experience that is priced at 60 €.
How is the four hands menu between Alimentari and Lalola?
These two ambassadors of good food in Seville have combined their knowledge, virtues and styles to develop this proposal. It will be condensed into 6 passes and a harmony of 5 wines.
The journey will start with a cold cannelloni stuffed with chopped arugula, strawberries, parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette of Jerez, lemon, orange, Iberian jowl and green bell pepper by Lalola.
Alimentari will take over with an Iberian sirloin tartar strawberry , smoked mayonnaise, lemon gel and mountain flowers.
It will be followed by an XL ravioli filled with mellow cheeks stew, cheese from the Sierra de Aracena and seasonal mushrooms.
To close the savory passages, the tegamino pizza with tonné tuna from Barbate, cold capers and baby leaf lettuce.
A journey with nods to both gastronomic concepts that will culminate with two sweet bites. An Iberian panacotta by Lalola and a Sicilian cannolo with pistachio, prepared by Alimentari.
The appointment, scheduled for Wednesday at 21:00 hours, has capacity for 60 people and reservations can be made through Alimentari’s website or via mail (reservas@alimentari.es).
