With summer still on the horizon, there are already plenty of plans to escape the heat in Seville. In addition to the usual nighttime outings, concerts, swimming pools, and artificial beaches, there are also affordable options . That’s exactly what this little oasis in Alcalá del Río is like: La Loberilla Park, a space that has just kicked off its water attraction season and is 100% free.
Water jets, fountains, and fun at no cost
In this case, you don’t have to pay exorbitant admission fees to cool off. Following its recent official opening, La Loberilla Park opens its doors as the perfect natural setting for family leisure.
In the park, you’ll find interactive fountains and high-pressure water jets where kids (and adults ) can have a blast.
There is a shaded recreation area and a multipurpose space with playground equipment and areas for outdoor activities or an impromptu picnic.
La Loberilla Hours for Summer 2026
This year, the Alcalá del Río City Council has extended the park’s hours so we can take advantage of the cooler times of day.
Just keep in mind that the park and the water play areas have different operating hours.
General park hours
- Tuesday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to midnight
- Friday through Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Closed Mondays for maintenance.
Specific hours for the water games:
Where is it, and how can we keep it clean?
The park is located on Calle la Banda, in Alcalá del Río (Seville).
To ensure this space remains a free paradise all summer long, the City Council has issued a call for civic responsibility: all visitors are asked not to introduce sand, stones, or objects into the mechanisms, and to respect the facilities to prevent breakdowns that would leave us without water in the middle of July.
