We know that talking about potato omelet delivery can ruffle some feathers right from the start. It’s a fact that no omelets compare to those made at home; however, two other points regarding this national dish are also true. The time it takes to make a decent omelet, for one. The skill it requires, for another.
A scenario that calls for the emergence of places like La Martinuca, which make it easy to satisfy a craving for potato omelets—and they’re downright delicious, too. In honor of the April Fair, they came up with a brand-new recipe in Seville: the “pringá” omelet.
The idea was to take advantage of Seville’s big festival week to fuse two concepts that couldn’t go wrong. The result is a culinary creation that reinterprets the local tradition in La Martinuca’s tortillas.
How much does La Martinuca’s “pringá” omelet cost?
The pringá version is a creamy tortilla, perfect for adding extra ingredients, intense without being overpowering, and where the egg and potato are perfectly balanced.

The medium size costs €17.50, and the large version, which includes about 8 skewers, costs €26.50.
They also offer sandwiches filled with tortilla, priced at €10.50 ( except for the classic versions with or without onion) , and they’re available in gluten-free versions as well.
Their menu also includes a handful of homemade dishes to accompany the tortillas: their incredibly creamy León chorizo croquettes (€12) are always a hit, white tuna salad (€12.50), Soria pork cracklings with revolcona potatoes (€12), meatballs in sauce (€11), or country-style salad (€12.50).
