The Seville metropolitan area will add a new landmark to its architectural skyline: the Entrenúcleos Panoramic Tower, a skyscraper planned to be 115 meters tall with 28 floors, located in the large Dos Hermanas urban development.
Once completed, it will become the second-tallest building in Andalusia, ranking only behind the Torre Sevilla (Torre Pelli, at 180 meters) and ahead of structures such as the AQ Urban Sky Towers in Málaga (112 meters) and the iconic KIO Towers in Madrid (114 meters).
Its surroundings? A massive elevated plaza covering 17,000 square meters—named after Francisco Toscano Sánchez, mayor of Dos Hermanas for 39 years—in the center of which the tower will rise. Surrounding it are the 20,000 homes planned for this area on the outskirts of Seville.
According to ABC de Sevilla, construction is expected to take approximately 30 months from the award of the contract.
The Great Panoramic Tower of Entrenúclos, a new civic hub
The tower will rise with an elliptical cylindrical design at the Francisco Toscano Sánchez roundabout, integrating into a first-class public complex:
- A large elevated plaza. The building rises from a public platform spanning more than 17,000 square meters, elevated 8.5 meters above street level, where four major boulevards converge. Plans call for the creation of green spaces, pedestrian zones, and a future open-air auditorium.
- It will offer versatile space for administrative offices, business incubators, and offices, supported by four levels of underground parking with capacity for nearly 500 spaces.
- The roundabout will also house a cultural center.
- A 360-degree observation deck and helipad. The top will feature an open observation deck with panoramic views of the entire Seville region, topped by a helipad.
With the plaza’s foundation and base infrastructure already in place, erecting the structure will take approximately 30 months of construction. The project will serve as the definitive visual and functional culmination of Entrenúcleos, cementing its status as one of the most dynamic residential and commercial expansions in southern Spain.
