Summer has a way of shifting our circadian rhythms and taking over the nights so we can indulge in leisure activities—such as outdoor concerts, nighttime tours, and summer movie theaters. Throughout the month of July, the Dos Hermanas summer movie theater returns to its former glory with a selection of free screenings.
Films for the whole family and other notable releases from 2026 will be shown in the coming weeks. The event takes place at the Los del Río Auditorium, which is also a great spot to bring your own picnic and enjoy it on the lawn.
The major premieres that will liven up the summer nights
Wicked and How to Train Your Dragon will liven up these summer nights in the town neighboring Seville.
Screenings are scheduled at the auditorium (C/ Las Pedreras s/n) at 10:30 p.m., and admission, as mentioned, is free until capacity is reached.

Two weeks of entertainment and family-friendly movies
- Who’s Who? will kick off this initiative on Thursday, July 7, 2026
- Policán (Dog Man): Wednesday, July 8.
- Wicked will be screened on July 9 and will close out this first block of the Dos Hermanas summer movie series.
- Followed by How to Train Your Dragon: Tuesday, July 14.
- Gigantes (The Explorers in Spain): Wednesday, July 15.
- The Smurfs will close out this edition on Thursday, July 16.
