The Real Club Pineda is celebrating the fourth edition of its sports championship and Casa Ozama has taken advantage of the occasion to create a convenient selection of limited edition desserts.
A sweet triad that emulates some of the sports that comprise the event and that can be tasted in the restaurant of El Porvenir until October 23.
The already consecrated sporting event – last year it reached 530 registered participants – will welcome a good number of golf, paddle, tennis and fronton fans. However, it will not be necessary to participate in the tournaments to try Casa Ozama’s creations.
Neither gels nor energy bars; the sweet convention designed by the pastry chef Irene Peter is a fun link between both universes, the sporting and the gastronomic.
What are the Casa Ozama limited edition desserts like and how much they cost?

There are three proposals offered by the restaurant that “evoke tennis and golf balls, transferring the game from the court to the table.”
- Mac-point: a refreshing macaron in the shape of a tennis ball filled with lemon ganache. It is priced at €5.50.
- Chocolate swing: a chocolate brownie with almonds, cardamom crumble, pistachio cream and white chocolate mousse with salted caramel (€6). In this case, the result projects a golf ball onto the green.
- Carrot set. Sponge cake with cream and pineapple jam on crunchy wafers and inspired by the clay of tennis (11 €).
These three desserts pay tribute to and recreate some of the sports included in the championship, which will culminate on October 23 with a cocktail party in the garden of Casa Ozama. The awards ceremony for the winners will take place in this space.
Casa Ozama has a new menu and recovers its live music nights on Fridays and Saturdays from September 19. A restaurant that allows you to indulge in long meals and connect them with a pleasant evening among greenery and signature cocktails.
