The end of February arrives with spring sunshine and Avenida de la Constitución filled with visitors in short sleeves. And although Andalusia Day will save Seville from the rain, a front is moving in from the west of the peninsula that will destabilize the weather, with cloudy intervals until Monday.
Temperatures will remain mild throughout the day, with cold nights typical of spring in Seville.
On Monday, the rains will return to Seville.
The scenario changes dramatically at the beginning of the week, with the possibility of an isolated high-level depression forming after a trough breaks away, putting an end to the anticyclonic respite.
According to the Aemet, there is a 95% chance of precipitation on Monday and an 80% chance on Tuesday, March 3.
The models from eltiempo.es suggest that this will not be a passing episode: the instability could continue until Saturday, March 7. In any case, it is still too early to determine the hours of greatest intensity, but the pocket of cold air ensures several days of gray skies.
On the other hand, the arrival of clouds and rain will soften temperatures, eliminating the maximum peaks of recent days. Therefore, the maximums will range between 19°C and 21°C; the minimums will remain largely unchanged, hovering between 9°C and 10°C.
