Some of the most promising openings of the year are already being discussed in gastronomic forums. It was recently announced that Familia La Ancha will open its first project in Andalusia at the end of spring. The renowned Fismuler brand will be integrated into the proposal that the Serras hotel group has prepared in the heart of Seville’s Avenida de la Constitución.
A unique location, according to El Español, where Fismuler will showcase its virtues from the main restaurant, to the lobby service, room service, events, and even the rooftop, which will offer views of the cathedral.
Fismuler is, in Madrid or Barcelona, one of those places where you want to be, with a local offering and some reasonably well-regarded dishes. These include its escalopes, which are also addictive at Armando, its delivery format, and its cheesecake, one of the favorites, and rightly so, of Madrid’s residents. Three cheeses combined to perfection, resulting in this spectacular dish.
This restaurant is a rarity with few precedents. It has been in vogue since its inception more than ten years ago, and the Fismuler effect has not waned. It has only expanded and adapted its concept to other business models.
The firm will maintain its standards in Seville, as well as its prices and experiences. A place to be with live music and, for the moment, without adapting its menu to Andalusian cuisine.
