The Oktoberfest, the German beer festival par excellence that welcomes thousands of pilgrims in Munich every autumn, has its counterpart in the province of Seville. La Puebla del Río adapts this tradition in small format and presents its International Beer Fair, a peculiar Oktoberfest in the Sevillian style from 17 to 19 October.
Just half an hour from Seville and only for three days visitors can enjoy this beer event that will also bring together live music and German and local cuisine.
National and international beers ready to taste in the Municipal Park Los Romeros de La Puebla, location chosen for the occasion.
Inside the enclosure there will be no shortage of Oktoberfest food, Spanish tapas and concerts.
This is an initiative of the City Council of the town together with the Minwa Cultural Association in order to bring this international festival and encourage the economy, leisure and local tourism.
