In Seville the summer is more than established, and with it one of the most important big celebrations on an international scale: the Pride festival. The agenda for the occasion in Seville is a statement of intent.
Pride is celebrated in Madrid, but also in Seville to capture the attention of the public the month of June the Sexual Diversity Day, activities and events to celebrate, reflect and continue to raise awareness. Here is everything you need to know about Pride 2024 in Seville.

The Pride poster
The celebration of Pride 2024 is expected to be bright and vindictive and Seville can already boast a poster for this edition. The poster is an inseparable element of Pride and this year it is the work of artist Jon Fuentes (@byjonfuentes), a work that seeks to “capture the vibrant and empowered spirit of the LGTBI collective”.
Vibrant and bright colors to convey a sense of freedom while embodying “the diversity and energy of the collective”. Transcending the palette, the poster depicts a person with a non-normative body in order to emphasize “the importance of inclusion and visibility”.
Diversity Month Proclamation
This 2024 Seville will captain the month of Pride throughout Andalusia, which will host activities, marches and festivities presumably the last week of June, yet to be confirmed.
As for the proclamation, it is still unknown who will conduct this year’s expected reading, which in other years has been held at 9:00 p.m. in the context of the Alameda Festival. In 2023 it was the singer Vanesa Martín and in 2022 it was entrusted to a hypnotic María del Monte.
Pride March 2024 in Seville
The saturday, june 29th is one of the key dates of this Month of Diversity and is that the march for LGTBIQ+ rights takes place. The parade starts its route at the Edificio Diputación, on Avenida Menéndez Pelayo at 19:30 hours.
It will run, as usual, along the Ronda Histórica and Recaredo. It will reach the Ossuary Gate and from there it will lead the march towards the Mushrooms to cross Trajan. Finally, it will culminate around 10:00 pm in the Alameda de Hércules with the reading of the manifesto for the rights of the collective.
The event will continue with concerts and various cultural events with the main stage of the Alameda as the nerve center. This 2024 the LGTB+ Andalusia Pride event will follow the slogan Diverse, Free and Proud Youth.
Other Pride activities (to be confirmed 2024)
Throughout this Diversity Month, other activities around diversity are underway that you should not miss out on. These are described below:
- Tribute to the artist Fernando ‘La Estrella’, originally from Utrera and symbol of the movida madrileña and the collective, who died last February. It will take place on Wednesday, June 21.
- On Friday June 23 is celebrated the Trans Pride, by the Association of Transsexuals of Andalucia-Sylvia Rivera, which aims to give visibility to the group.
- To the day of June 24 must be added the route through the history of sexual dissidence in Seville. In this case it is an activity organized by the Adriano Antinoo Association. A plan that has a price of 3 euros and whose registrations must be made through the mail: prensa.adrianoantinoo@gmail.com. In any case, the organization plans to extend this guided tour during the summer.
V Fair of LGTB+ Associations in Seville
On the other hand, the V Fair of LGTBI Associations of Seville will be held in the Alameda de Hércules. This meeting, promoted by the City Council of Seville, puts on the table a battery of socio-cultural activities throughout June in order to make the group visible. Round tables, book presentations and colloquiums to be held in the main tent.
