The last storms have brought heavy rains in Andalusia and Seville is one of the provinces with reservoirs exceeding 100% of its capacity.
In fact, due to the floods, the stretch of the AP-4 highway between Jerez de la Frontera and Las Cabezas de San Juan is still not passable. The same has happened with some secondary networks, such as the SE-4104 in Alcolea del Río and the SE-3405 in Olivares.
Almost twenty Andalusian rivers are at red level due to the increased flow. The Guadalquivir, in the vicinity of Lora del Río is one of the most shared images in social networks.
Also, the reservoirs of the province are releasing water (except for La Puebla de Cazalla), with an eye on El Agrio, that of Melonares, with a warning for “overflow”. To these should be added El Gergal, that of Huesna and Pintado, with orange and yellow levels, respectively.
The abundant rains of the last few weeks have left significant increases in the flow and images such as these.
