The gastronomic space where both concepts converge is Malavida Relío Urbano. This restaurant specializes in pizzas and hamburgers, and now also includes this juicy hamburger among its offerings. The truth is that the headline is not misleading: here the burgers are made with butter cream.
What’s in this christmasy mantecado burger?
Christmas lends itself to bathing everything in its luminaria, color palette and wrappings. Not surprisingly, it also permeates gastronomy with its seasonal products. This has happened in Malavida Relío Urbano, whose location on the main avenue of the municipality makes it an irresistible option this Christmas.
The kitchen of this local has managed to fuse the flavor of the mantecado in its Delinquent of the month, the hamburger that keeps the thousand flavors of the dining room, the one that escapes every month to return with a new aspect. For such an occasion as Christmas, they have devised the following recipe.
The kitchen team plates 200 grams of Galician blonde with Iberian ham, braised Manchego cheese, blueberry jam piripiri, coconut butter cream and snowy coconut.
They respond to the nickname of thugs, started their project during the pandemic and hope to expand horizons beyond Estepa to give us this experience to the palate. And not everything is going to be innovative burgers; their menu is full of elaborations where, at least regarding the name, the land has a lot to say.
