This weekend, on September 26, 27 and 28, Hornachuelos celebrates its medieval market. This jewel in the middle of the mountains, although it could head the travel guides on the province of Cordoba, remains discreet and authentic.
Its castle dominates this landscape of ravines, hills of soft reliefs and the course of the Bembézar. It is in the vicinity of this fortress that the market stalls will be set up.

- The stalls will open at 18:00 hours, as well as the children’s attractions, games, falconry and weapons exhibition.
- At the same time will take place the medieval theater, with departure from the Puerta de la Villa.

- Opening of stalls, children’s attractions, fun games, falconry exhibition and weapons exhibition at 11:30 am.

- Parade with jesters and minstrels, itinerant characters through the market at 12:30 pm.
- Medieval theater, departure from the door of the town, at 13:00 hours.
- Flight of birds of prey at 18:30 hours.
- Spectacular medieval characters will walk through the market at 19:00 hours.
- Farewell parade at 20:30.
- Free visits to the castle will take place from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00.
Hornachuelos picks up the baton of the medieval agenda that since the end of August is encouraging the people near Seville.
