Next Sunday, December 8, on the occasion of the extraordinary procession of the Second International Congress of Brotherhoods and Popular Piety, all lines of Tussam urban buses will be free.
This was announced Tuesday the mayor of Seville, José Luis Sanz. Tussam lines, except the one to the airport, will be free throughout the day 8 and until 6 am on December 9. The city bus will be joined by the streetcar, which also falls within the public transport of Seville.
This is a “historical fact” in Seville that has as purpose the accessibility of the neighbors to the center of the city, where the Magna will take place.
To this end, the frequency of buses will also be extended and priority will be given to those who come from areas farther from the center. Specifically, this measure will especially affect lines such as 12 and 13 (Pino Montano), 23 (Sevilla East) or 32 (Polígono Sur).
Free Tussam Circular Shuttle to parking areas
Also, a Circular Shuttle will be made available to the neighbors that will bring those interested to the parking areas of La Cartuja.
The route of the procession in question will pass through Plaza de Armas, Avenida Cristo de la Expiración, Inca Garcilaso, Francisco Montesinos Carlos III, Américo Vespucio, Juan Bautista Muñoz, José de Gálvez, Barqueta and Torne.
A journey that will last approximately from 10:00 am on December 8 and 1:00 am on Monday 9.
