Russian salad is controversial among those who reject it and those who revere it as an integral part of Spanish cuisine. It is so simple to make that the only difficulty lies in differentiating it from the rest or including an innovative ingredient in the recipe. Be that as it may, those who celebrate the existence of this recipe are in luck: Becerrita’s Russian Salad Week is back.
The event in question will be held at the Becerrita restaurant from January 26 to February 1 in its thirteenth edition dedicated to Russian salad.
A week to taste the creations that this gastronomic mecca in Seville has prepared for the occasion. Jesús María Becerra Gómez and his team are responsible for coming up with this event, which is now a tradition in the city.
What types of Russian salad will be served during this week at Becerrita?

The Seville restaurant is offering up to seven varieties of Russian salad during Becerrita Salad Week .
These include the classic shrimp salad, with frigate mackerel from the Strait, and one of the most popular in previous editions, the avocado, gorgonzola, and anchovy salad.
In addition to these offerings, Becerrita will offer other innovative new creations.
These include Russian salad with shrimp tortilla cream, wild bluefin tuna with onions, pork knuckle with Mozarabic sauce , and the incredible Russian salad with pork rinds and red lard, which has already sparked excitement in previous editions.
This is the thirteenth edition in which Becerrita has performed the illustrious task of designing these gastronomic days, while celebrating its 38th anniversary serving the best cuisine at number 9 Calle Recaredo.
