The Sevillian spring is concerned with several compatible issues (beyond the events that the city awaits with anxiety): the terraces as a refuge and social necessity and the season of snails and cabrillas.
Without renouncing the wide variety of tapas available in Seville, snails stand out during these months as one of the inseparable snacks of spring. In light of the fervor they arouse in Seville (and especially in the city of Cordoba), the city hosts for the second time a gastronomic event around this spring dish: Caracolia.
This snail fair will bring together all lovers of this dish in the Paseo de Colón. An appointment in charge of the Sevillian Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism and the Hospitality Association of Seville and Province, along with the City Council, Makro and Cruzcampo.
In the aforementioned location will concentrate some of the most iconic establishments selling snails that will also offer another emblematic tapa: papas aliñás.
There they will have space for sale and tasting in order to enhance the value of this local product so seasonal.
