The Junta de Andalucía will reopen the process to apply for the Bono Alquiler Joven next Tuesday, January 13 at 4 p.m., with grants of 250 euros per month for 2 years for young people between 18 and 35 years old who live in rented accommodation.
This aid can be applied for on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota of 15,000 applications is reached, a figure calculated after the analysis of the 8,500 applications already processed, the percentages of refusals and possible refusals.
The autonomous administration designed the regulatory bases for this call with the aim of allowing provisional closures and openings depending on budget availability and the volume of demand.
According to the official communiqué, this formula is designed to speed up a technical process that the regional executive describes as “complex” due to the management criteria set by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda.
Requirements and amount of the Bono Alquiler Joven subsidies

Beneficiaries must have a gross monthly income of less than 1,800 euros in the case of individual applications. In the case of families, the total income limit goes up to 2,400 euros per month.
The applicant must live habitually in the property and prove it with the municipal census certificate. In the event that several members of a family live together, the Board requires the collective registration certificate.
Rental prices are also subject to limits. The monthly rent must be between 600 and 900 euros for complete dwellings, depending on the municipality. If a room is rented, the ceiling is between 300 and 380 euros. These amounts do not include community, storage or garage expenses.
Grants are awarded in strict order of entry in the registry until the budget is exhausted. Interested parties must submit their request exclusively through the Electronic Window of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía (Veaja).
The use of a digital certificate and the Autofirma program is mandatory to complete the process.
Young people must provide the rental contract in force or a commitment signed by the owner and the tenant detailing the conditions of the lease.
