Two major thematic events inaugurate Christmas in Seville: the lighting of the lights, of course –there is already a date for 2025 – and the Nativity Scene Fair.
The Association of Nativity Scene Merchants of Seville (ACOBE) organizes one more year this popular craft event between the Cathedral of Seville and the Archivo de Indias. This XXXII edition will be held from November 8 to December 23.
For this occasion, it has 13 exhibitors where, as tradition, traders will offer their handmade nativity scene products.
Amazing scenes, mechanisms that drive mills and rivers, livestock and characters of all kinds or tiny details ranging from small buns to strings of garlic or sausages.
Since 2023 this activity that is the nativity scene of Andalusia is protected as BIC of Andalusian Ethnological Interest.
13 exhibitors of crafts and Christmas activities.

Whether to give life (and craftsmanship) to the Bethlehem at home, or to browse the pieces of traders, a walk through this Christmas market is a must in Seville.
Different shapes, sizes, styles and materials fill the stalls of dioramas (including Playmobil) of the Avenida de la Constitución.
Pieces, ornaments of different kinds, moss and other derivatives to decorate the Nativity scene to your liking. Of course, the lighting will still have to wait a few days.
On the other hand, and following the logic of other years, various Christmas activities will harmonize the fair. Be it the Christmas proclamation, parades or the extraordinary Christmas Concert of the Municipal Symphonic Band. An essential event to welcome Christmas and to highlight the value of Sevillian craftsmanship.
