If there’s one event that heralds the arrival of summer—besides the summer solstice itself—it’s the night of San Juan, which is celebrated with particular fervor in Seville’s San Juan de Aznalfarache. San Juan de Aznalfarache is all set to celebrate its highly anticipated 2026 Patron Saint Festivities from June 19 to 23.
One of the Aljarafe’s most time-honored summer events, which this year promises to get residents and visitors “pumping.”
The main venues for the celebration will be the fairgrounds, the municipal pavilion, and the Virgen del Carmen riverside promenade.
Mojinos Escozíos and other free concerts during the San Juan festivities
Music will be the highlight of these festivities, with a varied lineup designed to keep the beat going nonstop. Among this year’s major draws are live performances by the following artists, including renowned DJs and local acts.

The Grand Bonfire on the Night of San Juan: Activities and Schedule
As is to be expected, the highlight will be the traditional San Juan bonfire. This year, the ritual of burning away the bad and attracting good luck will be accompanied by a spectacular light show, transforming it into a true “bonfire of light.”

To ensure that attendees don’t have to worry about their cars or parking, the San Juan de Aznalfarache City Council will provide a completely free bus service for convenient travel to and from the fairgrounds.
More bars, a lively atmosphere, and a free shuttle bus to the river
One of the major new features of this year’s festival is the addition of a new brotherhood to the festival grounds’ bars, bringing even more life and flavor to a festival that maintains its essence thanks to the local community of associations.
The City Council has also confirmed that there will be no shortage of traditional churros stands for the walk home.
Children’s attractions, family scavenger hunts, and plenty of music await in this unique riverside setting.
