The fact that a celebrity visits a particular restaurant—whether it’s the latest trendy hotspot or a traditional neighborhood spot—doesn’t necessarily mean the place is unquestionably good. Even so, we still wonder where celebrities eat when they come to Seville. And we’re especially curious right now about the restaurants Rosalía visited during her stay in Seville.
Netflix has caused quite a stir in the city—there’s no doubt about that—and Rosalía has been in the news all week. One of the things that has drawn the most attention has been her strolls through the city and her culinary choices: the places where she stopped to eat in connection with La Jarana en el Guadalquivir.
1. Bodeguita Antonio Romero: the 3-euro bite that won Rosalía over

Running into Rosalía at Casa Macareno in Madrid and Bodega La Palma in Barcelona confirms that you don’t need to dazzle with Michelin stars to attract celebrities.
So, it wasn’t surprising (though it definitely was surprising) to see Rosalía at Bodeguita Antonio Romero, the one on Antonio Díaz Street. This classic local tapas spot, with several locations in Seville and a signature tapa, was the Catalan singer’s first stop.
The star of the show , her iconic piripi, the house specialty that combines pork loin, bacon, cheese, tomato, and a kind of aioli.
Rosalía has joined the ranks of fans of this montadito, which already charmed the aristocrat Victoria Federica a few months ago.
2. Cañabota: haute cuisine and grilled dishes in the heart of Seville

While the city’s residents couldn’t believe it when they imagined Motomami indulging in the piripi they’ve tried so many times, her visit to Cañabota wasn’t quite as shocking.
One of the crown jewels of Seville’s culinary scene, which is also one of the city’s Michelin-starred restaurants. Here, the sea meets the fire, with exquisite catch-of-the-day dishes served with no frills.
A large window through which diners can be glimpsed, its lavish display case, and its open kitchen, with the grill facing the diners.
At Cañabota, they offer two set menus for €120 or €150, though you can also head to its little brother, the adjacent spot, where you can enjoy a more casual à la carte experience.
On social media, this restaurant thanked the artist for her visit with these words:
3. Casa Morales: tradition among wine jars

The last place where Rosalía was spotted in Seville was the iconic Casa Morales.
The artist behind the acclaimed album LUX chose this historic establishment for her final dinner in Seville, following her performance on the Guadalquivir River .
You have to head over to García de Vinuesa to enjoy this little bar, which is packed with foreigners and the occasional local from the very first minute it opens.
Amid the clay jars, the artist was immortalized with the team, confirming her interest in spaces that tell a city’s history, beyond just a photo for social media.
