Few places in Seville have the aura of the Hotel Alfonso XIII. The former home of Rosalía during the 2023 Latin Grammys and filming location for Lawrence of Arabia, it is now opening the doors of its majestic Royal Hall for a unique event. The magic of Middle-earth comes to the capital of Seville with a candlelit concert dedicated to The Lord of the Rings. But be warned: tickets are about to sell out.
A journey to Middle-earth under the ceilings of the Royal Hall
The concert, a collaboration between Candlelight and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, celebrates the 25th anniversary of the saga. It will take place in a Royal Hall lit by thousands of candles, where a string quartet will bring to life one of the most award-winning soundtracks in film history. The Riders of Rohan, The Return of the King, and more pieces will be performed using arrangements approved by Howard Shore himself.
And when will it take place? Due to its resounding success in Seville, there is only one more opportunity to enjoy this show: it will be on May 31, with sessions at 6:30 p.m . and 8:30 p.m. Tickets can only be purchased online and, as this is the last available date, they are expected to sell out in the next few hours.

Much more than a concert: an excuse to visit Seville’s most luxurious hotel
Built at the request of the king and resembling a palace, the Hotel Alfonso XIII is one of Seville’s architectural treasures. This concert is the perfect opportunity to admire its Bohemian crystal chandeliers and carved wooden ceilings, walking through the corridors once trodden by legends such as Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, and Madonna. And all this under the warm and intimate light of candles.
